I do track my mood with http://www.moodscope.com.
And the way I integrate it with Beeminder is that I have a Beeminder goal of doing 1 'unit' of MoodScope a day, and a Tasker widget on my Android home screen that triggers a sequence:
- report '1' to the Beeminder goal
- open the web browser app with a new tab that navigates to MoodScope.
I have that as a habit connected to the trigger of turning off the lights before falling asleep.
