Why is the Procrastination Equation not discussed yet on this forum?

Just finished the Procrastination Equation. I think it’s a great book to read to understand procrastination.

Who else read it?

That said, I just finished “Solving the Procrastination Puzzle: A Concise Guide to Strategies for Change” (Good Reads link : https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18929644-solving-the-procrastination-puzzle , my highlights: http://markg.blog/2017/09/12/solving-procrastination-i-read-this-book-so-that-you-dont-have-to/ ) and currently going through the iProcrastinate podcast archive (http://iprocrastinate.libsyn.com/). Both highly recommended.

Yes I know i checked the search first

There’s even a kinda of summary made:
https://alexvermeer.com/how-we-use-the-procrastination-equation/

interesting kinda quote from the book: “Let no delay happen”

So that would mean do not allow any procrastination to be started…

I don’t think I actually read the book, but I read a good summary of the book a couple of years ago and I agree that it’s one of the best “productivity” books out there. It’s especially useful as a trouble-shooting checklist to run through and brainstorm effective ways to reduce/sidestep/overcome akrasia. Highly recommended to at least read the summary @bcool linked to.
