How are you doing this? I saw a post on here, it’s about 10 years old, about someone that wrote a script that interacts with the meditation app Insight Timer and Beeminder. Sadly, it looks like it doesn’t work anymore. Is there really no way to Beemind that I used a timer? I’m on android so Apple Health is not an option.

Okay, well I’m going to try the Toggl integration for this. This app seems awfully robust for what I need. I plan to use the pomodoro timer and just stop once I get the sound to start a break. There is obviously an easy way to cheat here, but my experience is that… I need _some_ friction. A goal on the honor system where I just check in I don’t cheat. A goal where I have to login to an app and in this instance… I’d have to let the timer run for 10 minutes, I’d think about the absurdity of what I’m doing and not cheat. LMAO!

I think the toggl integration is great—I have used it for many things. I would totally use toggl for a meditation time goal.

There’s also an inbuilt timer in the Beeminder app for android, if that’s easier.
