I use opal to track and limit my screentime. I would like to use it to track my screentime and actually work to reduce my overall screentime. opal works great but I like to see quantifiable numbers which I can’t get from it. not to mention, being actually accountable to my screentime is different than having apps blocked at times. I don’t want to count all the apps i use for work and for learning. I use ios shortcuts. Thanks in advance.
