Opening thoughts:

What was it I said about things feeling less hectic…? Well, as predicted, this week’s been a bit more “on the go”. I think I had a few derailments, just to emphasise the point.

Derailments:

  • /lunch - I am terrible at eating meals. We knew this.
  • /2025pages - Some difficulty with reading at volume at the moment, unfortunately.
  • /2025reading - Same.

New goals:

  • /morningreading - To help with my mental health a bit, this month’s new goal for New Month’s Resolutions is to read at least five pages of something first thing in the morning, rather than starting my day looking at email or playing an addictive, microtransaction-stuffed game. It’s got an autoratchet that allows me to accumulate one day of extra buffer, but no more than that (though given the circumstances it’s one of the goals I try to keep 7 days of buffer on in total).

Closing thoughts:

One step at a time, we keep going.
