It’s a defunct integration between Anki desktop and Beeminder. You can find forks of it still on GitHub, [as discussed here](http://forum.beeminder.com/t/anki-beeminder-sync-add-on-broken/438).

But that’s not what I meant to write in the comment! (fixed now, thanks)

Should have been [lydgate’s bmndr script](https://github.com/lydgate/bmndr), a python command-line interface for submitting data points. Or [my fork](https://github.com/pjjh/bmndr) of it, or any other way of submitting datapoints via script, of course.
