This one mentions commitment devices, among other things:

I like this podcast as a way of giving myself a push to do things I know I should try and seeing different ways to think about them:

> **[Focused - Relay FM](https://www.relay.fm/focused)**
>
> David Sparks and Mike Schmitz are not nearly as productive as they’d like to be. Join these fellow travelers (and a bunch of special guests) as they share the best ways to get focused, and talk though their successes and failures along the way.

I know this one has been mentioned before by others, touches on related things (there’s a lot of Apple obsessive stuff too, less interesting for me – and they meander over other topics too):

> **[Cortex - Relay FM](https://www.relay.fm/cortex)**
>
> CGP Grey and Myke Hurley are both independent content creators. Each episode, they get together to discuss their working lives.

interested to hear if other people have listening recommendations connected with habits etc.

Just listened: the first of them (Hidden Brain) I found particularly interesting, thanks for the links @narthur.
