# Why akrasia horizon when I want to steepen the progress?

Hi,

If I find that my goal too easy and want to make it harder, is there any way of doing so without having to wait a week?

One way is with the road editor, but it’s a bit involved: [https://road.beeminder.com/](https://road.beeminder.com/)  
you can do arbitrary changes to the road, providing you aren’t making it easier in the akrasia horizon.

If there is a simpler way, though, I’d love to know as well 🙂
