Anybody read this book?
I have to say, for almost all self-improvement books I wish for the single-sheet-of-paper version, which feels like it would be a better format. Still, I already learned something from the author – I listened to one of his talks about the book, and he said that a well known result in the field of motor learning was that it helps to practice shortly befoer sleep.
I notice the book’s chapters cover mostly motor skills (exceptions: programming and the game of Go).
