Feature request. Add pledge amount to the initial beemergency text

I see that all texts marking down hours from 11hr to 0 include the pledge amount. It would be very useful to add that pledge amount in the initial beemergency text as well.

Example:

Beemergency for coolhandlouis/10brushteeth (BARE MIN +1). Reply with data:
beeminder [INCLUDE THE $10 AMOUNT SOMEWHERE IN THIS TEXT AS WELL]

:alarm_clock::fire::exclamation:+1 in <11h for 10brushteeth ($10)
