New Month's Resolutions 2026

I didn’t manage to keep it up through the year in 2025, let’s see how it goes this year! I have good reasons to believe this year may be different (as noted here cryptically).

I’ll start with a classic :tooth:

The goals:

  2. aad/bp-slowbreathing :stop_button:
  3. aad/grocery-free-days :white_check_mark:
    1. beeminder :white_check_mark:
    2. office-sweets-free – aad – beeminder :white_check_mark:

Key:
:white_check_mark: = still active
:stop_button: = archived

Inbox: candidate goals for next months
  • one-line-a-day: Journal daily, maybe using Journal app of iOS?
  • no-caffeine-mornings: No more coffee until 10:00 / Or x minutes after waking up (though I find that hard to enter in a QS-friendly way)
