Beeminding reducing a thing you don't really want to reduce but probably should

I used to experience similar compulsion but with video games. Too many potentially interesting games yet too little time allocated to play them.

The existence of r/patientgamers verifies that I’m not the only one with the issue. Though I do find my attempt at tackling the issue excellent opportunities to hone my skills at CBT and managing my thoughts and impulses in general.

And guilt…that sucks too.
