Yesterday: 5Hr 53min (INACCURATE!!!) Turns out a iOS beta is increasing my screen time. It showed I picked up my phone 400 times while I was sleeping and shows phone usage of over two hours. Please see images below.

Adding some new rules that I had chatGPT help write me:
The bedroom is designated as a work-free zone. Do not engage in any work-related research while in the bedroom.

Finally went to doctor I have bronchitis. On bright side during my coughing fits I managed to get 38 zone minutes. As during my coughing fits my heartrate became elevated. Made some progress in a few other goals.

Still sick but finally starting to improve moving in the right direction now. Glad I made no excuses for rules. As otherwise I can guarantee this goal would have been abandoned. Going to create some more semi rare goals. Also going to create a goal to work on my spelling haven’t figured out quite what I will do yet but thinking maybe Quizlet cards. I have Quizlet+ but never use it.
Got iOS updated and off beta today so can resume screen time starting Friday.
Also new thing I will be doing if I go over 4 hours of screen time I must list all non work apps that were used for over 10 minutes and add up the total to get non work screen time. This is true if iPad and iPhone combined total is over 4 hours screen time.

Safari/Bing: Mainly looking up medical stuff trying to figure out what was going on with me before I had gone back to doctor.
Messaging apps: Was messaging people and such.
Health: they have me on a lot of medications right now to try and get me better. Health app has medication tracking.
