Allow setting more things when creating goal via API

Currently there are things missing when creating new goals that I’d like to have access to:

  • deadline
  • initial safety buffer
  • pledge cap
  • hold pledge at $0 for one week
  • weekends off

Could we get these options added to the endpoint?

Some of these can be set upon goal creation:

  1. Deadline can be set with the deadline key
  2. Initial Safety Buffer is safebuf I think
