I read that Widgy allows you to create Apple Watch widgets so yes, it should be possible to do it 
I personally don’t own one, can’t confirm the exact flow.

I’d strongly encourage everyone who gives this a go to post screenshots of the widgets they come up with to this thread. Both as inspiration for other people, and to give ideas for the types of widgets we should add once they come natively to the app.
