Finally fixing Garmin steps?

@dreev @bee would it be possible to finally fix the integration for Garmin steps? I tried it once again and once again the numbers end up wrong
You can compare, the actual numbers entered by me manually

I’m using a Garmin Vivoactive. By the way, the numbers end up correctly on MyFitnessPal, so this isn’t something on Garmin’s end…
