Graph zoom and pan?

When I zoom in on a graph (by clicking the “+” icon), it does indeed zoom in, but it always zooms to the center of the graph. It cuts off the upper right part of the graph, which has the most recent data, and what I’m most interested in seeing. I can’t figure out a way to pan up and to the right to see that part of the graph. See screenshots below (before and after zooming).

Is there a way to pan the zoomed in graph so that I can see the latest data zoomed in? If not, the zoom isn’t very useful.

The zoomable graph in the graph editor (https://graph.beeminder.com) allows panning by dragging the map one way or the other with the mouse.

Likewise in the interactive graphs in the main interface:

Though, admittedly, not all types of goals/graphs are currently supported for interactive graphs in the main interface, unlike the standalone graph editor that @krugerk pointed to.
