  1. Actually did another step in trying to find more sustainable products. I’m glad Lisa’s game to try, and that we have the disposable income that it’s OK it’s a bit more expensive.
  2. Found another hidden objects type series that I like! (Namely Find All.)

  1. Husband ordered an exotic fruit box, and its contents are delicious.
  2. Another silver lining gratitude: My son and nephew have been helping my dad clean up the wreckage of the barn fire. It’s been good bonding time for them as they get everything cleaned up.
  3. Cleaned out my purse, and it is so much lighter now.

  1. …strange as it is to say, I have become grateful for claude code. I have been recently realizing how helpful it is for writing much more usable personal CLI tools than those I wrote myself in the past, in much greater number. (Although perhaps i could have just expended more effort learning how to do it well.)
  2. Read a couple good nonfiction books lately, and I think I did actually learn some useful things!
  3. After a brief blip of worse sleep, I seem to be sleeping very well again.

  1. Had a nice walk last night in the local park, it’s bigger than I’d thought.
  2. My group managed to complete the third fight of the raid tier on Monday. And we’re faster than we were last tier, completing in week 15 vs week 23 last time.
  3. The refillable deodorant and body wash we’re getting from Wild are so good – for the body wash we have the cherry candy scent at the moment and it’s lovely. (P.S. If anyone is interested, holler – I’m in the process of sorting out getting a referral code from them which would give you a 50% discount on an order, and give me some kind of discount too. It’s not quite working for me right now but I’ve emailed them about it!)

  1. My team on Beeminder! I had cause to talk to another support team in the last couple of days and oh my goodness, it was like pulling teeth. Reminds me how lovely my team are and that we strive not to be like that.

  2. Hair cut today; it hasn’t been long since the last one, but this neatens things up ready for my graduation ceremony on Tuesday. (Yep, another one; first one was from LSHTM, this one is from UoL. I decided to go to both because I care more about LSHTM, which handled most direct contact with me… but UoL is the university my mother graduated from, so I think she’s gonna get an extra thrill from seeing me do the same.)
  3. I had a bit of a migraine yesterday but it’s gone, whew.

  1. My University of London graduation was a very interesting experience and the most formal I’ve ever had. It added an appropriate amount of pomp and ceremony to the moment, I think.

  2. Dad’s always so supportive. His comment on my graduation ceremony (which he watched via livestream, though turning up to formal events isn’t his thing) was “you looked so happy”, which… is definitely better than, let’s say, some of my family.

  2. After all that sun, some rain to calm things down and help the plants and everything.
  3. A super cute game was on a deep sale today, so I snagged it. It’s been perfect for my mood today. (It’s TOEM if you were curious – basically run around in-game photographing stuff to meet challenges and explore the world.)
