Hi, new to TagTime here. I am using the web version by @smitop and logging works great. But I was wondering how do you actually view the data? For time logging to be useful to me, I would like to know how much time I spend on what (statistically speaking).
The web app has graphs, but they are all grey and it’s really hard to see different tags. If integrated with Beeminder, I can set up a goal and track my time there, but it comes with the fines and it can’t be used as a viewer only.
I don’t need graphs or anything fancy, I just want to know my time spent on stuff. I feel like I am missing something very obvious.
And just in case it isn’t clear, the output of TagTime proper is really just a raw text file of timestamps and associated tags. Anything beyond that is going to be custom tooling, sometimes (but not always!) based on the “official” TagTime algorithm for pinging.
@smitop’s web version has some custom visualizations (which are nice!), but none of that is baked into TagTime, and, by default, it uses a different algorithm for pings, if I remember correctly.
