Incorrect create-goal prose with fractional commitments

1. Start the new-goal workflow with a do-more goal with a rate of 1.25 doohickies per day
2. On the first screen, it will say at the bottom “1 doohickies will be needed on or before …”, which is incorrect, 1 is not enough.
