Iām a registered dietitian, and although Iāve continued working in hospital/research-related environments and health projects, I havenāt worked as a private nutrition consultant for quite a while.
Iād like to slowly get back into doing 1:1 nutrition follow-ups again, partly as a way to rebuild confidence and practice before deciding whether I want to relaunch this part of my career more seriously.
Since Beeminder users tend to be reflective, goal-oriented, and interested in behavior change, I thought this community could actually be a really nice fit. So I wanted to offer a few free nutrition follow-ups/check-ins for anyone here who might find it useful.
A few important clarifications:

This would be completely free. Even though I am open to working you later on, I want to make clear that Iām not trying to sell a program or funnel anyone into paid coaching later.

I see this more as a mutually useful ārehearsalā or collaborative process while I regain momentum and structure around counseling again.

I can probably be most useful with general nutrition habits, meal structure, accountability, emotional eating patterns, consistency, sustainable routines, etc. Iām not offering treatment for eating disorders or highly specialized medical nutrition therapy.

And, in true Beeminder spirit, while this is free, Iām also fully open to receiving āhoney moneyā to help fund my future derailments if it proves useful for you haha.
