Screencast tutorial for setting up a running goal

I know we have newbees coming in from Pact since yesterday. We’re working on a blog post and some other materials to help you get oriented and get up to speed on Beeminder, which, honestly, is work we really need to be doing for the sake of any newbees! Like we’ve started this page of Beeminder fitness recipes (it’s still a work in progress, to be sure!).

This morning I made this screencast walking through how to set up a running goal with Beeminder.
