Thanks for sharing. My attempt to summarize for those allergic to videos (I might be a little allergic to the self-helpy tone of this one):

A writer writes, a programmer programs, etc. Don’t make excuses (like needing better tools) for not starting right now. Make a Beeminder goal [I’m editorializing now] to spend most of your time doing the thing that gets you closer to your Life goal.
