Hey Akratics, any thoughts on having a live text chat forum for
Beeminder support? At the very least it should be a fun place to go
waste unbounded amounts of time shooting the breeze with us Beeminder
developers: http://dreev.es/chat (we’re trying out hipchat right now
and it’s super slick).

I’m guessing those settings are configurable? Is the chat backed by

We’re playing Pomodoro Poker on dreev.es/chat today. Feel free to join
us. (The idea is we each announce a task and then all shut up for 45
minutes and do it, then report back success or failure.)

(Paul and Alys, accessing it via IRC seems to be possible and it would
be very cool to set that up but we haven’t yet gotten a round tuit –

I think you can connect via jabber/xmpp, but as far as i know only if
you have a hipchat account…
