I slept from 7am to 8pm… 13 hours. Yep… All the day. Yep…

I was hugely sleep deprived, that’s probably why.

I’d like to get back to living in the day.
Otherwise, I feel great. Sleep is really the best.

Slept at 6am, woke up at approx. 12:00

I felt good

These days, I don’t wake up as much when sleeping. Or I don’t remember it. I don’t happen to wake up too early and to have to go back to sleep. That might be because I’m so tired that my body doesn’t want to loose time :thinking:

Same thing. Going to bed at 6am and starting my day in the late afternoon.

My memory is pretty bad these days so I don’t know if the quality is that good. That being said, I also feel more alert with this pattern.

Slept like from 6:00 until 16:00

Memory is bad

I’m starting to mark my days as red because memory is really not great (forgetting whole people, having a hard time remembering what I did… etc)

I will start wearing earplugs and sleep mask again

Went to bed at 8am until 4pm

Today I’m hurrying up to maybe go to bed at 4am

Earplugs + sleep mask do wonders :v:

I had terrible sleep for the last 2 days. I woke up non-refreshed.
I also had trouble falling asleep

I’m trying to isolate the cause; it’s likely to be something in my stack:

  • cortexin (too many pushes?)
  • modafinil
  • coffee
  • no nicotine for 1d
  • acarizax too soon

also, too many beeminder tasks late at night

Tonight, I had great sleep; so I’m starting to isolate the cause, now.

Today:

  • cortexin (2 pushes)

I will keep it for 3 days, and then add Modafinil.
And also, I will keep taking Nicotine every day since I don’t want the withdrawal :slightly_smiling_face:
