I slept from 7am to 8pm… 13 hours. Yep… All the day. Yep…
I was hugely sleep deprived, that’s probably why.
I’d like to get back to living in the day.
Otherwise, I feel great. Sleep is really the best.

Slept at 6am, woke up at approx. 12:00
I felt good
These days, I don’t wake up as much when sleeping. Or I don’t remember it. I don’t happen to wake up too early and to have to go back to sleep. That might be because I’m so tired that my body doesn’t want to loose time
Same thing. Going to bed at 6am and starting my day in the late afternoon.
My memory is pretty bad these days so I don’t know if the quality is that good. That being said, I also feel more alert with this pattern.
Slept like from 6:00 until 16:00
Memory is bad
I’m starting to mark my days as red because memory is really not great (forgetting whole people, having a hard time remembering what I did… etc)
I will start wearing earplugs and sleep mask again
Went to bed at 8am until 4pm
Today I’m hurrying up to maybe go to bed at 4am
Earplugs + sleep mask do wonders
I had terrible sleep for the last 2 days. I woke up non-refreshed.
I also had trouble falling asleep
I’m trying to isolate the cause; it’s likely to be something in my stack:
also, too many beeminder tasks late at night
Tonight, I had great sleep; so I’m starting to isolate the cause, now.
Today:
I will keep it for 3 days, and then add Modafinil.
And also, I will keep taking Nicotine every day since I don’t want the withdrawal
