Complex rescuetime goals

Hi all, been using beeminder for a few weeks and it’s been hugely helpful
so far. I’d like to have a rescuetime goal that tracks web browser usage.
But I want it to ignore a certain whitelist of work-related sites. Is
there a way to set this up? Similarly, I wanted to set up another
rescuetime goal of the form “time spent on a phone not including actual
phone calls”. Any ideas for setting up such goals?

Tasker ought to be able to do the bit about the phone. You can use it to
detect screen unlock state and call state, which would be enough to detect
the “using phone not on a call” condition.

Oh nice, that looks like it might work for the phone case. Thanks!
