Feature request: Email on goal total reached

I have a do more goal with a goal total and date set where the data was being added by a script.

Since I was well ahead of my road I never bothered to look at the progress.

It would have been nice to get a congratulatory notification when I hit my goal total with some encouragement to adjust the road dial (or something).

Some positive notifications would be welcome. As it is, it seems like notifications are mostly for negative things: being close to derailing.
What about notifications for returning to a weekly buffer or having all goals on green, etc?
