- self-gratitude: i’m grateful that i dealt with my red goals today before dealing with my blue goals. i think i’ve had a habit of doing it the other way round sometimes, which obviously is the worse way to do it, so i’m glad i was smart about it today.
:)
- i’m very grateful that i saw a badger today! i don’t think i’ve ever seen one this close! (it was obviously running away from me, but still!)
- i’m very grateful for the amazing evening we had with friends tonight. lots of laughter, plenty of great food, crafty and just all around fun times.

- I spent a couple of hours helping a friend clean their messy kitchen, which I get an unreasonable amount of satistfaction from, and I read K.J. Charles’s latest book while washing the dishes.

- Wales beat Australia convincingly in the rugby, in a way where I think they’d still have beaten them if Australia had presented a stronger side. So Wales is off to the quarters, no matter what happens with our remaining game!
- A nice bright and sunny day.

- i’m grateful that i found two things this morning! the first one was a present for a friend that i’d completely forgotten about, which is nice, because i now only need one more thing for him this year. the second one was the thing i’d actually been searching and i’m really glad i finally found it! (wasn’t the first time i looked.)
- self-gratitude: i’m grateful i went for a long walk today. one step closer to not derailing on my steps goal in the near future
:)
- i’m grateful i was able to read today. been ages since i picked up a book, but a long appointement at the hairdresser’s finally managed to pull me away from my phone, and i even managed to find the motivation to finish the short story i was reading once i was home after work! go me!
- i’m also grateful that kid’s tv exists. good for language learning, and great for catchy songs that just make me happy because they’re so colourful and cheerful

- Lisa couldn’t sleep last night due to pain (it’s OK, they have physio exercises etc, just need healing time), so they got up so they wouldn’t disturb me and I got a decent night’s sleep.

- i’m grateful my new uni course comes with so many fun, new opportunities. today we learned how to use a laser cutter! i’m constantly bewildered by these things. (“these things” = any mildly or decently complex manual and/or technological tool)
- self-gratitude: i’m grateful i stayed a bit longer today, and thus managed to stumble my way into my own laser-cut logo. feels incredibly satisfying! (even more grateful i had a lot of help, otherwise this silly piece of wood wouldn’t exist.)
- self-gratitude: i’m grateful i managed to somewhat contain my book-binding shopping-spree. i do need some things, and a lot of what i got will be useful not just for This One Project … the few sheets of papyus that i had to get extra … well, sometimes it’s nice just to have things
