Gratitude journaling together

  1. I’m heading back to Yorkshire today. Loved being home, but missed the bunnies and my wife.
  2. My family have been fairly patient with my anxiety.
  3. My grandma bought daffodils yesterday so they’re brightening up the room I’m working in this morning.

  1. I am really enjoying researching the epidemiology of yellow fever for my essay! It’s a tricky problem to control, and a clever little virus.
  2. Slept better back home and under my weighted blanket.
  3. Lisa liked a surprise present I bought them. It’s a kit for making a tiny tailor’s shop model.

  2. I have remembered that I have a week’s holiday starting at the end of this week.
  3. This holiday very conveniently prevents me from attending a pointless meeting that I’d rather avoid.

  1. Rereading books; not everyone likes doing it, so I’m glad I’m able to enjoy it. I reread Wylding Hall (Elizabeth Hand) last night and it was fascinating all over again, and now I’m rereading Chalice (Robin McKinley).
  2. Reading new books thanks to games on Litsy.
  3. Glad for all the therapy I had to help me deal with my anxiety – even though it’s a bad week for it, I can see why, and I know I’ll be able to handle it.
