Why is it set to 2099-12-31 → 1640340? I want it to reach 300 units HELP

Hi! Thanks for mentioning you were confused; sounds like it’s still set with the defaults from goal setup. You can change it from the commitment tab – there’s more about that in the help docs here: How do I change my goal? - Beeminder Help

As for the “why”, my understanding is that it’s just that the default goal is “keep doing X amount per day FOREVER”, and beeminder doesn’t have “forever” as an option, so the default has to be some insanely far-away future date!
