introduced wrong data

i introduced wrong data and now I have to pay 5$
what should I do to revert the payment and continue with my current challenge as not yet failed

You should have received an email saying that you derailed - you can reply directly to that email and explain the situation, and someone from the support team will reply and cancel the charge.

You shouldn’t have been charged yet if the derailment happened less than 24 hours ago, as beeminder waits a while just for these kind of possible issues.

Hi @makouda! What @eugeniobruno said is correct: you should have received a legitimacy check email and the quickest way to get things fixed up is by replying to that. If you didn’t get the legit check, then can you just email us at and let us know what goal this happened with? :slight_smile:
