I’m trying to use gmail zero to tackle my terrible inbox. However, when I turn it on, it says 0 messages. Which misses the correct number of read messages by around 3000.
I deleted and re-created the google integration service. Not sure what else I can do to get this to work…
Hi Gwen, it looks like there was an authorization error when you first tried to set up the gmail goal, and that error’s been cleared now. If the numbers still seem really strange to you it might be because the default query we track is: “is:read AND in:inbox”, meaning we only count things that are in your inbox which have been marked as read. Could that explain the discrepancy? You can change the query (i.e. what messages we count) in the goal settings.
