I have three metaminder goals so far. Details are in this entry from my beeminder journal but in brief:

exercise_meta metaminds my weight-bearing exercise goal so that I’ll do at least one exercise a day even when I have an exercise goal safety buffer (I like keeping my goals green but get lazy when they are).

aerobic_meta metaminds my aerobic goal for the same reason.

a “hybrid” goal for personal journalling that takes a manual datapoint when I make an entry in my private journal and that also metaminds my beeminder journal goal so that it gets an automatic datapoint when I make a beeminder journal entry.
