[RESOLVED] Toggl Track integration not pulling new data

I’m a new user, so this might just me making a mistake of some kind, but I added a Toggl integration today for the first time, and while it initially worked, it has seemingly stopped updating entirely.

Here is what Beeminder is reporting:

And here is what I see inside of Toggl:

The 11:45am - 12:59am time is correct (0.94 * 60m), but the newly logged times aren’t being pulled.

I haven’t hit the 30 requests/hour limit for Toggl yet:

And manually triggering a data refresh inside Beeminder does increment this number, yet the data is stuck at the 12:59pm amount.

I’m curious if this has something to do with Toggl API limits changed - #3 by shanaqui ? (e.g. internal experimentation leading to an integration bug?)

I would recommend you to contact support by email, they are really responsive and helpful. Because apparently the forum is not letting you add the screenshots (maybe as a new user? I don’t know), it remains only to hypothesize that there was some temporary bug at play.

I have fixed the problem. It turns out that this was entirely user error. Somehow, the relevant Toggl project had gotten unchecked, so no new data from that project was being imported. This wasn’t clear in the web UI (clicking/right clicking doesn’t do anything for me on desktop). I only fixed the problem by opening Beeminder’s web page on my phone, after which clicking on the project opens a pop-up that allows me to select the project to match. Once I did that, the data properly synced. :slight_smile:
