I am super interested in beeminding urgency load but I cannot get a good grasp as to what a reasonable target should be.
For those that beemind urgency load what target do you shoot for?

Gut reaction is that this depends heavily on the types of goals you’re creating, and the nature of your responsibilities outside what you beemind, too. I would be surprised if there was one number that would work for most people.

That’s true. Currently I am shooting for 35 which allows me to have a few orange goals.

I don’t know what a good target is, but I’ve started tracking it. Keeping it under 100, only because that’s a nice round number. Average urgency seems to be 53, with 37 active goals at present.
