This goal is set to autoratchet down to 7 days, but it doesn’t seem to be happening. Why not?

Isn’t it on a flat spot? It looks like it has ratcheted a bit, but then perhaps the exceptions for flat spots have prevented it from ratcheting more?
My understanding was that autoratchet would ratchet the goal vertically until it hit the flat spot. So it might not ratchet all the way to 7 days if there’s currently a flat spot greater than 7 days, but it would still ratchet down to no visual buffer.
I can’t see a reason off-hand – I wouldn’t have expected the breaks to stop it ratcheting altogether.
