Thanks, @luismmolina! A search on the App Store for “Digital Detox” led me to https://one-sec.app/ for iPhone, which forces you to wait a few seconds before opening a selected app. I’m excited about it! (sadly only for iOS so far)

It looks cool. In my experience I usually end up uninstalling those apps in my weakest moments.
The nice thing about Digital Detox is that is not possible to uninstall it or unblock it when there is a block or the scheduled block is about to start (In my case 1hr before the block I can’t do anything to change it, except pay)
I know that with iOS is not possible to have such control over the phone, like make it not possible to uninstall it.
I know this is not what are you looking for, but have you tried Kitchen Safe? I want to buy one but is kind of expensive for me.

I had never heard of Kitchen Safe! What a cool product. For now I am hoping that Aktratic Kat will not uninstall this app, fingers crossed.
