Archiving a young goal

Is there a way to archive a goal that is less than 1 week old?
There only seems to be a delete button where the archive button usually is.

Since my goal will be completed soon and I want to start the archive countdown as a workaround to the lack of immediate goal archiving.

I’ve had this happen before. I usually just work around by extending the goal date and leaving the road flat. This can be hard for autodata goals though.
