Stumbled upon this in r/GetMotivated and it reminded me of the weekly adjustment of Beeminder goals that many here do.
None of the items on that list are anything special but I find it all too easy to forget some of them. And I like how this is in the form of a cycle, emphasizing that each week the cycle begins anew. Anyway I think this should be helpful and maybe it helps some others here, too, so here goes:
