Is there any way to convert a current goal from a manual goal to a service (Todoist) instead of starting over? Thanks

Yes, sort of – you can contact support (support@beeminder.com) and we can get that set up for you, though there are a couple of steps you’d need to do.
In the case of Todoist, you could always use IFTTT (or Zapier/Integromat/etc) instead; that could be connected to a manual goal at any time, without additional steps to go through before it works. The IFTTT integration has always supported recurring to-dos, though via a slightly less reliable method (and it won’t stay in sync if you uncheck tasks).
