I’d really love to be able to hover my mouse ANYWHERE in a graph and see the x and y values. There are multiple things that this would be helpful for, but here’s one example: For a Do Less goal, I’d like to see visually where today’s dot would land if I were to log a value of N for today (like what line it would cross, or how close to a particular line it would take me. I know that I can generally get similar data from the Statistics tab, but I’d like to be able to see it visually.
The axis legends are often not granular enough to be able to pinpoint the exact date or value when the point in question is in the middle of the graph.

Interesting, thanks for sharing, and including a use-case! Sounds like something you might like to email support@beeminder.com about, so I can log it to the feedback spreadsheet, if you’re game? I think it’d be legit to just link this thread, honestly, but you could add any other thoughts you have there as well if there’s more you’d like to share.
(Unfortunately there’s been no foolproof way to ensure I see everything in the forum, and that I don’t double-count anything, so posts here don’t go into my feedback spreadsheet. That’s not the only way we decide what to do – talking to users in the forum is part of that! – but it is the main source for my internal feedback reports.)

Good idea, +1 I have the similar need, also I would like to understand difference between dates in Do More (cumulative) goal, so just let me see values for date X and date Y on hover.
