- SGQ: I bought four different jams in my most recent shopping trip. Usually I get just one, and it’s nice to have a choice now.

- My sister-in-law’s dog is behaving very well so far on their visit to us.
- Bonus: my plumber has time to come look at a busted joint at my pool equipment on very short notice.

- A small flock of magpies and another of currawongs were singing together this morning. They were probably shouting insults and death threats at each other but it sounded so beautiful.

- We have an air conditioner now! We don’t intend to make a ton of use of it, but it’s reassuring to have it to help keep the rabbits cool. And, frankly, my office, which had temps of over 40 degrees Celsius last summer.
- The realisation I can set up my treadmill again, since the person who complained about it is no longer in residence and the current resident is out all day.
- Singing along to my very random playlist of songs I have at some point enjoyed.

- Smoke haze that’s been around for a few days due to controlled burn-offs has nearly cleared. Now the air just smells like a barbecue, which is much better.
- SGQ: I’ve improved one of my scripts at work so it checks for more things, meaning that fewer manual checks are needed.
Cooperative board games are delightful, and the Pandemic range are the best out of all that I’ve tried. It’s so nice to have a challenging and fun game with no adversarial elements.

- Last night my FFXIV static managed to clear the new Unreal trial twice, including a perfect run with no deaths. Meaning that since we started doing Unreals each week, we haven’t missed a single week, even with the new fight being introduced. It’s easier in some ways than the previous Unreal, but still, it speaks for our improvement that we so quickly got up to speed with the new one.
