Pledge upgrade on startup

I create a goal w/ $0 pledge and then set up the Apple sync. After the sync the pledge is suddenly $5. Is it by design?

I have nothing against money pledges but I like having $0 pledge in the beginning to experiment with the goal. I’m not comfortable with goals that start with $5.

PS: Tried this with manual task - same issue!
