saving money in Qapital for every unit logged in goal

I’d like to save money in Qapital every time the cumulative time for one of my Beeminder goals is increased by one hour. Qapital is on IFTTT, but its only available action is to transfer a set amount of money to your Qapital account, it can’t be fed any specific value. Can anybody think of a clever way to do this automatically? Beeminder doesn’t have any IFTTT triggers related to the cumulative goal value.

Oh, and Qapital isn’t on Zapier, unfortunately.
