I have a do more goal that has a goal date of 4 days from now for which I have done more than the target. It’s also set to be archived in 3 days.
Today I got a reminder that there are 4 safe days left, which seems wrong.

It is wrong and thank you so much for reporting the bug! This one happens to be a known bug that we’re tackling as part of the Road Editor feature which will (eventually) fix a lot of problems with approaching end dates. Our glib answer in the meantime is “what do you mean ‘nearing the target date’? Beeminder works best for ongoing goals you want to do indefinitely, so just push back the goal date to next year and problem solved!” (We do realize there exist goals with meaningful end dates and that this and similar bugs have to get fixed though!)
