What can be done in case of a glitch?

I just experienced a glitch where Beeminder did not successfully obtain data via the Habitica integration.

Granted I cut it pretty close today, I only checked my goal as complete on Habitica some 15 minutes before midnight. But it should still count… I was sure that Beeminder would try to fetch data at 23:59 or something.

Anyway, could anything be done to fix my chart? No derailment, but the glitch cost me lots of buffer (on a perfect week, I can only buffer up 0.25 days).

I think this is kind of thing that warrants an email to support. In my experience they’re always super happy to help.
