If I find that my goal too easy and want to make it harder, is there any way of doing so without having to wait a week?

One way is with the road editor, but it’s a bit involved: https://road.beeminder.com/
you can do arbitrary changes to the road, providing you aren’t making it easier in the akrasia horizon.
If there is a simpler way, though, I’d love to know as well
