beeminding freedom.to sessions?

Does anybody use freedom.to to block distracting sites or email? It would be great to beemind freedom.to sessions, but I am not sure it is possible? Perhaps with Rescuetime, but freedom.to runs in the background, would it be possible to record sessions there? Any other ideas?
Thanks!

I have used Freedom before. I do not think that there is an easy way to turn it into an auto data goal. Here are a few manual options:

  1. Have a binary Do More goal that asks if you turn on a session today
  2. Have a Do More goal that says you have to turn on a certain amount of sessions per day.
  3. Have 2-4 Do More goals with different deadlines to set a session. For example, start a session at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM.

I personally do #3 because it gives me the most flexibility. I generally know what tasks I have to do for the next 2-3 hours but not for an entire work day. Having multiple deadlines/goals gives me the flexibility to switch on/off websites if things change (e.g. my boss says I need to reply to an email thread that I wasn’t planning on).
