Not sure if you care, as I think backburnering is going away, but I just tried to backburner about 20 goals, one at a time, always clicking the “top goal”, and the goal that replaced the “top goal” wasn’t always right–for example, sometimes they were things I had just backburnered!

Goals that get shovedbelow seem to show the minus sign (which is linked to unshove) until a page refresh.
