I’d like to set up a beeminder inspiring (is that the word we’re using?) me to get my heart pumping at least once a day. A quick sprint or whatever would be sufficient.
Any ideas as to make that integration possible?

if you are using iOS, you could use the Apple Health integration which gives you access to, e.g., active calories, and I assume heart rate and workout length.
If you sync Fitbit with Strava, and Strava gets HR data from it (don’t recall if it does), you can do some stuff with Zapier.
